Football

I just love football. It is such a great sport for kids, adults, and everyone in between. Eleven men must work in unison to achieve a common goal. A lineman has to do his job or the quarterback, runningback, or receiver won't be able to do their jobs. And those latter three have to do their job or the linemans job is made tougher since the defense will blitz more and more making their jobs only tougher. It's a man's game. It's tough, it's hard, it's a great game to enjoy.

When football season finally comes it makes me so happy. I feel like I'm at home again. When I was a kid, my Dad and I used to watch Monday Night Football together. We never had Family Home Evening, so this was sort of what we did together. My Dad and I didn't do a whole lot other than work together, so this was fun to do. We still will call each other all the time to talk football, and it's so fun. It's one of the few things that we have to chat about.

I really want to coach little league football. So many great lessons are taught on the football field. It makes men out of boys in my opinion.

The X5!

I got my new car! It's a sweet, sapphire black, 4.4i BMW X5. Gotta say, it's such a great car! I feel like I'm the man when I'm driving it! I know, it's pretty shallow and pretty lame to find so much joy in a material possession, but once you drive it, you won't deny it feels great!

Sore Throat

I LOVE NYQUIL!!! That stuff shouldn't be legal. It would actually be more fun if it were illegal. I'd sneak around, find it in Tijuana when I was there, and buy it online when I could find some Russian website that was selling it. I slept like a baby last night even though I feel like someone stuck a knife down my throat, twisted it and turned it around, and then gave me a bottle of lemon juice to drink.
